I usually go to this place twice a month... the food is good, they have delicious bread, a great variety of desserts, and other interesting options. I have no complaints about the food, but the customer service is terrible. It seems like some of the people behind the counter aren't comfortable, or aren't happy with what they do, or definitely don't want to treat customers well. It's happened to me, my wife, or my teenage son several times... we keep going there...

I visited Nova Era Padaria in Toronto this past Saturday, and the experience was amazing! Daniela Messias attended to me and Sinara with such kindness and professionalism.

The service was top, and the coffee and food were absolutely delicious.

If you live in the area, I highly recommend visiting them, they’re truly the best Portuguese padaria ever!
