No complaints about their products, this is about their staffing problem. Feel like they are very understaffed and prob they don’t want to work there. the tapioca here is so good! They produce the in-house tapioca and can make really nice authentic flavours . I got the burny caramel milk tea, which tasted pretty standard, but I really enjoyed the brown sugar tapioca, it really elevated it, and it taste in it. I also love the store itself, they have really unique flavours on the menu.
