I was really really disappointed today. I was at the uptown Waterloo Pilot cafe and wanted to pay cash for my coffee, I was told " we dont take cash". This is wrong on so many levels. The reason was "we dont have a cash register" which is a pathetic excuse, your a business get one. It is also incredibly illegal not to take cash. I am totally turned off Pilot, love your coffee but not the lack of payment options. Wont be going in again until I can pay cash
I use to pick up Pilot when I was in the office. Their roast is just right. Their roasts are true to strength (unlike some other major chains). A dark roast is a dark roast - not over roasted and not too acidic.
I prefer the chocolate/cocoa notes in coffee. Since I’ve been wfh I’ve been ordering their beans and brewing at home - it’s just as good as in the store. I have also gifted Pilot to several colleagues to share the joy.

Order some canned chicken around January 22, pay extra for two day delivery when shipped, email the contact us email address 5 days ago and two more time since and still haven't heard from them.
