I was really really disappointed today. I was at the uptown Waterloo Pilot cafe and wanted to pay cash for my coffee, I was told " we dont take cash". This is wrong on so many levels. The reason was "we dont have a cash register" which is a pathetic excuse, your a business get one. It is also incredibly illegal not to take cash. I am totally turned off Pilot, love your coffee but not the lack of payment options. Wont be going in again until I can pay cash
Excellent coffee, easy ordering and shipping, great brewing guides and nice people to deal with. They really know their coffee!
