The service is usually Cold!!The woman that works there has a very cold attitude. Doesn't say hello, how are you?She asks rather coldly what I want.Then when I pay,no thank you period.
Nova is my preferred pizza chain but this location took it to the next level, the dough was a work of art, crispy, light and fluffy. It definitely hit the spot. The staff are friendly and helpful.Kid-friendliness: Amazing Service

First off. I love pizza Nova and usually have a great experience any one of the locations I’ve been too. My partner and I wanted a quick slice before a movie. We went in on a Tuesday at 6:30. There were no slices. The case was empty and what was there was old and stale. So we got a pizza made. The individual working told us 15 minutes.
