Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! First, the employee begrudgingly and very rudely took my order. I then tried to pay with a gift card and the employee had zero clue on how to use it, so they asked their manager how to proceed. The manager said they could not accept it, and neither the employee nor manager could give me a valid reason as to why they declined the gift card as payment. They were extremely unhelpful and disrespectful throughout the whole process. Please don’t visit this spot for bubble tea lol

Less mango than I used to have (Montreal vs Kingston vs Toronto) so i was disappointed. And they used frozen mango (mango were unripe so not sweet).
