This place.. Run.. and I'm not even exaggerating... I'm actually upset about the whole experience.. $20 later we received a taro slush no milk.. straight water.. I was told they don't add milk..got an avocado smoothie.. again straight water mixed with freezer burned avocados.. I honestly thought I ordered tapioca but I didn't so I asked if they could add.. gave me attitude to add a clumped up slime ball of tapioca for my drink.. just upset me all together.. this is not presto tea.. their large is not presto teas original large. I wish I could get a refund.. can't say you weren't warned

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! First, the employee begrudgingly and very rudely took my order. I then tried to pay with a gift card and the employee had zero clue on how to use it, so they asked their manager how to proceed. The manager said they could not accept it, and neither the employee nor manager could give me a valid reason as to why they declined the gift card as payment. They were extremely unhelpful and disrespectful throughout the whole process. Please don’t visit this spot for bubble tea lol
