Love Rasa, its my favorite restaurant in TO. Always a delight to experience with its cozy atmosphere, formidable staff, etiquette and of course the menu. Nothing but love for the Rasa staff. Thank you!

Absolutely love the food here! It's a great place to go if you're with a group of people who are adventurous and love flavour. We had one person who was pescatarian and one who was gluten free in our group and they were super accommodating with lots of great options. The service was also excellent!

We had an exceptional dinner at Rasa! The service was wonderful, over vibe was fun and the food was top notch. Love that it is all sharing plates so we could sample a variety of the dishes. The chopped salad, octopus, truffle gnuddi, shrimp, pork, branzino were all great!! Look forward to coming back!!

Great service, good food and atmosphere. Did the tasting menu at $65 CAD per person. Chopped salad, chickpea fritters (yummy), ceviche, truffle gnudi (yummy), grilled octopus (yummy) and rasa burger ( yummy). Desert was a sticky bun.. the best I ever had must get if you go.

I had such a great experience at Rasa! I've been to Rasa a few times before but never had a tasting menu. My friend and I had the Full Experience - the salad is as always amazing, and every other dish blew us away! Add to that our fabulous server (Laura) and it was an amazing night!

We ordered their classic tasting menu ($65 pp, 7 courses including dessert of choice). Despite some of the Google reviews that said otherwise, we thought the portion sizes were great and felt stuffed by the end. I wasn’t able to eat the spicy ceviche due to the raw fish, and they were very accommodating with substitutions (was offered squash cakes instead). Our server was attentive and very friendly, and offered a small additional dessert at the end, along with a candle, as we were celebrating a birthday. We thought the dishes were all a bit too salty, but that may be personal preference. Their drinks, including their mocktails, were excellent!Dietary restrictions: They offer various substitutions for dietary restrictions.

To sum it up: community. By far, out of the hundreds of restaurants I’ve tried, Rasa is by far my favorite dining experience. From the moment you walk in, the feeling of community embraces you. The space is warm and relaxing with inviting seating that keeps you close to your fellow patrons while leaving you with plenty of space to easily enjoy your group’s night. From there, the staff explain the menu: a shared experience among your party, deepening the message of community. Your plate is stamped with the words “Thank You” in various languages to showcase their gratitude for joining them for a night filled with global influences. And that’s the best part: each and every dish lives up to this, embodying different ingredients and techniques from across the world all in one plate. It’s as if the chef is saying “this is what happens when the world comes together,” providing you with some of the best dishes you’ll ever find. Not to mention, the menu is constantly changing and evolving with each season. The food is present beautifully, extremely thoughtful, and absolutely delicious. It out competes most michelin starred restaurants I’ve tried, yet rids itself of any “poshness” to maintain their feeling of community. Rasa’s staff, venue, and food all bring in the theme of community, and each dish truly showcases the beauties that can come from a culturally diverse plate. To say the least, Rasa will forever have a place in my heart, and their meals there will not only change the way you view food itself, but the way you enjoy it.

Beautiful, playful food! My friend and I had the tasting menu - the last couple courses were a struggle to finish; so much food! Our server, Ken, was lovely. He was warm and never seemed rushed even though the restaurant was packed.A couple things to note:- they were fully booked, on a Monday night, so making a reservation is a must- it got quite loud, which is more fun than quietly stuffy, but was overwhelming

The squash fritters were outstanding. Sadly the beef was covered by a lot of sauces and toppings to make up for a less than stellar piece of steak. Almost designed to cover up what was lacking. Otherwise wonderful and we will go back. Just not for the beef.

The food is delicious but you would be hard pressed to find a restaurant that is, ounce for ounce, as expensive. e.g. About 2 ounces of pork for $40. Or 3 ounces of fish for $32. Completely out of line. Plus loud enough that we had trouble talking.

Our waiter Alex was excellent! He was knowledgeable and helpful in steering us in dinner choices. The food was packed with flavour and easy to share. The chopped salad is a must! The chocolate crunch was the perfect ending to the meal. I've already told a friend she needs to go.

We went to Rasa while visiting family to see the 2024 eclipse. Dinner at Rasa was a great addition to our itinerary. The four of us ordered the chickpea fritters, beet medaglione and the spicy ceviche was with breem. We also had the grilled octopus and lamb dumplings. Every dish was delicious. You could taste each ingredient, no flavor overpowered another. An exceptional meal. The space is small but the tables are spaced well apart. The staff were attentive and very helpful with the menu. It can get loud at times but overall we were able to hear each other. Great find in a town of great restaurants. I recommend Rasa.
