Had a delightful experience at this restaurant! The waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, even during the busy hours. The calamari and sweet potato fries were delicious, though the "A Pirate Drinks at 40" cocktail was just okay. Loved the atmosphere, especially enjoyed sitting at the bar.
We got the meatloaf, calamari and the seared tuna special to share. Each main runs from 20-30 dollars and apps probably average around 12-14 dollars each.Calamari was nicely seasoned and crunchy with a nice sauce.The seared tuna special- I would skip next time, underwhelming and I expected more at $28.The star of the show was the meatloaf. I just happened to be in the area and stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. At 4:00 on a Thursday there was a decent group in the place which is always a good sign. The staff were friendly and welcoming, nice selection of beer, and daily food specials (a big personal plus). Decided on a special Apple Chutney Pork burger and fries.
