We booked a table for brunch at Reign on a Sunday. We arrived promptly and were seated but then waited and waited for service. When we finally ordered drinks, it took 20 minutes for 3 Diet Cokes to arrive and then we were told we hade been given the wrong menus. We were one of only four tables being served in a large restaurant. I noticed the server spending a lot of time at the computer with no acknowledgement to our table. Our experience was exceptional. Our server Jen (I believe that was her name) really created an evening to remember. She had the perfect let's make it right attitude and by the end of the night she has made my friends birthday experience something that she will always remember. We are very thankful to Reign for making our night so special.
So .. instead of spacing people out, and sitting them into the nice area with the wall art, They put everyone in the area with the big windows looking onto the path corridor outside and escalator outside, and the tables were fairly close to each other. 1/5 for Ambiance. Food was really good.
