Keep in mind there is new ownership, and they're working through the menu and other processes. I ordered the hot and sour beef pho, and while sour, was not hot at all. Also unclear whether dirty plates get collected, or we had to bring them up.
Grilled meats are yummy but they use too much bean sprouts as fillers. Half of the serving is bean sprouts. Same goes for their rolls. For the price, you’d expect more vermicelli. Stick with rice instead.
