Not the friendliest service, but it is fast, even when it's busy, and it is tasty. I would also say prices are fair. Standard dimsum items and serving sizes as well. You have to go down a set of stairs to get to the bathroom, so keep that in if you have accessibility issues.
I had heard it hyped up so I had pretty high expectations that were not met. Food was fine but nothing special or that good. Tried 6 different dim sum dishes and were all just fine. Service was surprisingly slow too.
