Roywoods Union offers delicious and filling meals at a great price. Their jerk chicken and pork plates are cooked perfectly, with the rice being especially tasty, though some customers find it a bit too salty. The portions are large, even the small size leaving diners almost unable to finish. Many customers recommend the Peas n Rice with jerk chicken, calling it the best they have had, even better than in Jamaica. The restaurant provides generous servings and is a convenient option in the Union food court, perfect for those catching a train. While some feel the prices are a tad expensive, others find the food worth the cost, especially for the quality and flavor. The staff is attentive and accommodating, ensuring diners have a pleasant experience. Customers appreciate the effort made to cater to dietary restrictions and many plan to return, especially for the jerk chicken and oxtail dishes. Overall, Roywoods Union is a popular spot for flavorful Jamaican-style meals in a busy transit area, often considered Union Station’s best kept secret.
