I walked into Rustic today & order a small chai latte & a Cosmo bagel. Received drink right away. After about 5 minutes & still waiting for my bagel I asked the guy at the counter for my bagel. The 2 "cooks" in the kitchen were clearly having thier own private conversation. A few more minutes passed & I walked out without my order. I can't believe & regret spending $22 on a order I never got.
Great food, excellent breakfasts, great coffee, great place, friendly staff and easy music playing. Very nice place in a very friendly neighbourhood :-) highly recommended :-) to those who live locally as well as if you're passing through Parkdale :-)
