I went here for the first time the other day to quickly grab some food to go before I caught a show across the street - it was empty and the reviews were mixed so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Anyone who has rated this place badly I have no idea what you’re on about, it was fairly quick considering it was just one staff member and the food portion was very generous, fresh, and tasty!

this place embodies the character, class, and humble grittiness that makes the city so great. The food slaps and the service is sassy. A national treasure.
The most friendly asian lady in town
Saigon Flower Restaurant offers a pleasant experience with a straightforward atmosphere. The staff, including the lady in charge, are helpful and knowledgeable. The food, including dumplings and spring rolls, is tasty. Beer is reasonably priced. The restaurant is a hidden gem with a lovely meal option for visitors to Toronto.
