Let me start off by saying I’m not the biggest ramen fan. But we were at union station and it just looked good. I got the black miso ramen. I’m almost mad about how good it was as I have no plans of going back to Toronto. It was very flavorful. The mushrooms were cooked amazing and very tasty. The pork skin was perfect and I loved the broth. It was served quick I just wished there was a place to sit and eat as it’s a food hall it was extremely busy and all I could find was a stand up table. But the food itself is well worth it and I would not hesitate to have it again

Surprised to see a ramen place at the train station, it's a welcome relief from the tired stuff from chain restos. Tried some non-spicy ramen dish and it was excellent.

Good broth and noodle quality, tender proteins. Very filling.

Unlike many other reviewers, I did not experience digestion issues after eating here. I enjoyed their dish

Sample set sold-out before noon. How is it possible. Tried other ramen, broth was not up to par. Did they cheap out on Ingredients 🫤

It's decent Ramen for a food court, but after having the same in Kyoto, the expectation is higher. It's ok if your really hungry.

Ordered vegetable ramen. This comes with spicy eggplant, corn and green onion and some red shavings I'm not sure what they are. This comes dry, no broth. First off I am a lover of eggplant and this eggplant was soft flavourful and the perfect portion, corn and green onions were fresh. The ramen is coated with a sort of spicy sauce. I felt the ramen was quite starchy and was quite compacted as though it was sitting in the bowl for some time, was difficult to break apart. Nonetheless, the dish comes together well with just the right amount of spice. I really enjoyed this but I would have preferred the noodles not be so starchy. I will order this again as it was very filling and tasty. At $16 and change including tax I am satisfied with the value for quantity/quality of food.

Perfect bowl of ramen on a windy chilly day. Service was super friendly and quick. Thank you for the meal!

Ordered the Tonkotsu, came to $20 with tax. Nice portion and was a good amount of pork in the dish. Very nice dish overall.
Would of got 5 stars overall but the wait from order to getting the food was over 10 mins, which for a quick takeaway lunch at a station is top long.

I ate here this afternoon and got on the train. I have been throwing up since 2 hours after eating. I'm still on the train sweating and trying not to throw up I regret every bite.

I tried takeout ramen today,The packaging was awesome—they kept the noodles and soup separate, and it tasted just as good as in the restaurant. My son’s favorite, the tomato flavor! Didn't get a chance to take a picture—the ramen was already gone!

Food was gluey, hard to enjoy barely any flavor.
Noodles stuck together and tasted like a lump of flour.

I was excited to learn there was a ramen place in union as there aren't many where I live. But I was saddened to learn that there was only one option for vegetarians and ppl who don't eat pork, and that option doesn't even have broth! (I understand as the broth is made from pork) I am sure it is very tasty, as others seem to love it. I'm just quite disappointed for lack of options. I would even take vegetable stock or chicken stock on the noodles! The sauce they used on the vegetarian ramen I actually wasn't really a fan of, but that is probably my own personal taste. I would love to rate it higher. Perhaps adding a chicken option would be cool too?

Vegetarian options: There is only one vegetarian option and it is just the noodles without the soup. There is a sauce but I wasn't a fan of it.

Dietary restrictions: If you don't eat pork there is only one option and it's the vegetarian option.

Although it is served in a big paper cup, the portion size is exactly the same as the big bowl in the store. My eyes are wide and my belly is narrow, so I thought I could eat two portions, but one portion was enough to kill me. It is worth praising its slow-cooked spicy wings, the meat is very smooth and delicious. More delicious than fried
