This location is in a food court and does not have the ambiance of other Sansotei locations. I ordered the Tonkotsu Plus which came with smoked pork pastrami, meatballs, chashu, daikon, shiitake mushroom, green onions, and truffle oil.

The soap was tasty but on the thin side for tonkotsu. Since the ramen was served at food court, the ramen came in a cardboard container. The visual appeal just was not present. Also, the amount of soap seems less served in this container.

For a quick lunch where you are limited in time, the service was quick and lots of seating available.

If you have the time for a proper sit down meal, I would suggest the Eglinton location on Yonge. Great atmospheres and has some location based deals.

In my opinion this is just a rip-off. You can much more for 20 dollars else where.

Disappointed with this ramen place. We stopped in a whim from out of town. The ramen noodles were very undercooked. The broth and toppings were good.

We had the black fungi ramen and the flavour was unique and yummy. Most pictures don’t do justice to the large portion size my only area of improvement is the subdued nature of the flavours. I wish the broth was stronger.

Not bad for quick ramen in a food court.

The noodle was alright, the broth was a bit rich/salty for my taste.

This was a food court location, so I wonder if the restaurant would be better.

Let me start off by saying I’m not the biggest ramen fan. But we were at union station and it just looked good. I got the black miso ramen. I’m almost mad about how good it was as I have no plans of going back to Toronto. It was very flavorful. The mushrooms were cooked amazing and very tasty. The pork skin was perfect and I loved the broth. It was served quick I just wished there was a place to sit and eat as it’s a food hall it was extremely busy and all I could find was a stand up table. But the food itself is well worth it and I would not hesitate to have it again

Surprised to see a ramen place at the train station, it's a welcome relief from the tired stuff from chain restos. Tried some non-spicy ramen dish and it was excellent.

Good broth and noodle quality, tender proteins. Very filling.

Unlike many other reviewers, I did not experience digestion issues after eating here. I enjoyed their dish

Sample set sold-out before noon. How is it possible. Tried other ramen, broth was not up to par. Did they cheap out on Ingredients 🫤
