Waited 20 minutes for my takeout order while it was actually ready under the counter. Asked the front girl about it when the board says it was ready 20 minutes ago and she lied about it still being prepared for 20 minutes!! The food was cold and lots of water condensation inside the bag and food packaging as a result of the lie!! Nov 13, 7:30pm

They didn’t even give me any sauce in my burger so it was dry as a result. The place was also dirty and as a result I left to go sit elsewhere since the tables and the floor were dirty. Burger was also a rip off and small for the price I paid. No napkins were provided at all either. They should be better about this.

This is my first time to have Shake Shack hamburger, but I have already had it before in New York. Hong Kong. Shen Zhen. Still feel good at it, and enjoy some new snack in Canada.

The location is absolutely cursed, the traffic at Union Station is crazy, you'll rarely be able to find somewhere to sit during peak hours. But the location itself is quite fast given how many orders they are doing (I would advise ordering online if you are able).
The half and half is crazy good, not too overly sweet but is refreshing. Their Chicken Sandwich is decent but I would probably just order from Mightybird if I was really craving a chicken sandwich. Just stick with their classic hamburgers. Can't go wrong with their french fries, perfectly crispy, you can even taste the potatoes. Would be absolute perfection if there was more salt.
Everyone got kicked out of the restaurant in the 9th inning of game 7 World Series.
A by-product of operating at union station should be staying open until game 7 of the World Series is over (opposed to kicking 50+ people out)
