While the service is described as pleasant, with everything served with a smile, the food quality has been mixed. Customers have reported dried out and inedible fingerling potatoes, cold pear crumble, and steak and fries that were cold and on the small side. However, the dessert was a highlight for one customer, and the winterlicious menu offered good food, well-plated with great taste and drink recommendations. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. A piano player from 8-10 adds to the atmosphere, taking requests. The space is cute but tiny, with open-air access to the lobby doors making it freezing and causing cold drafts, which made it uncomfortable.
