One of the best Starbucks experiences! A customer was disturbing other customers, and one of the employees stepped in to handle the situation. Even though the customer became upset and angry, she remained calm, kind, and professional throughout. She handled the situation with patience and made sure the other customers felt comfortable. I really appreciate her kindness and the way she managed everything. Excellent customer service, and she definitely deserves recognition!
