Gets the job done. Fast food, good food. Needs to clean up the tables a little more often
It's one of the precious few taco bells in Toronto, so I respect that. The food is always good. The staff are decent. It is a traumatic location to work at, so I understand. I have witnessed someone having a full mental breakdown in this taco bell. It is always dirty. I don't think anyone cleans it during the day. Last time I went, the Baja Blast was out of order, which is a crime. But I'm still going to stop there every time I go to Dufferin Mall.
I ordered Taco Bell on Uber Eats today. The food was packed well. The tacos and burritos were prepared neatly. They even remembered to pack the hot sauce. The only issue I had was the can of Pepsi was warm. The temperature of the food was okay by the time it arrived. I had to microwave it. The tacos were crunchy and not soggy.
Taco Bell is a reliable spot for good food, with decent staff and a convenient location within Dufferin Mall. Although the restaurant can be dirty at times, the food is always prepared neatly, with attention to details like including hot sauce. Despite some issues with temperature and drink quality, Taco Bell remains a quick, friendly, and kid-friendly option.
