“My favorite spot for lunch! Generous portions, cheap, and delicious. The grandma here is so sweet. Sometimes she even gives free soy milk or sweet porridge. Great spot for students. I paid $12.40 CAD by credit card for spicy shredded chicken (with free soy milk today). Highly recommend giving it a try!“

“Nicest owner, very kind lady. Prices are reasonable - she does prefer cash, but does take both debit and credit for a small (reasonable) fee of $0.50. Has a wide selection of drinks that you can't normally find in other stores as well - I picked up a couple of basil seed drinks.“

“Honestly, the best burger in the city. They took a little dip in quality for awhile but they have come back STRONG. Haven’t been able to stay away from the Baby Crudy for about a year now 🔥🔥 So good. A bench to eat would be nice though.“

“My friends and I tried their boodle fiesta and it was pretty amazing. Kare-kare is really spot on and special mention to their lumpia too. The place reminded me of what back home ( Philippines ) looks and feels like. We really felt welcomed by this place, they embody what really filipino hospitality is. As a chef I would say their food is one of the best filipino food I've tasted here in Toronto and as a fellow kabayan I will always come back to this place and support you guys. Much love!!!! 💯♥️“

“Friends and coworkers have been suggesting this place for a while. Price is good for what is given. Bread is fluffy and soft but has a great light toast so there is great texture with each bite. Hash brown was flavourful and doesn’t need any condiments to eat. It’s a great breakfast or brunch option. I will eat here again.“

“Great fusion experience, of course, with a Japanese base and inspiration. 5 course tasting meal with wine pairing is a great haute cuisine dining experience; for people that like a volume of food order sushi on the side or an extra main course, but otherwise high quality, reasonable quantity! night time view of city lights is great! staff were polite and attentive! Thanks for running a great restaurant!“

“Genuinely, this is probably the best place to get Korean food in Toronto and one of the best restaurants in Toronto (I feel strongly!). The food tastes like REAL food and I truly believe I could eat it every day and feel great. The owner is so sweet and always remembers us and gives us new things to try. The best....simply the best! Thank you thank you!“

“I tried something new to me tonight: Curry Fries. It's a lot for a snack: a nice box of fries with a ladle of fantastic chicken curry sauce over the top. Highly recommended.“

“If you’re looking for Jamaican food cooked in a healthy way, head on over to @jerkupcentral ! I ordered the large jerk pork dinner. I enjoyed the steamed vegetables (different from the typical coleslaw), rice and peas and the tasty, lean jerk pork. I washed it down with my favourite @dandgjamaica pineapple soft drink! I rate it 4 1/2 out of 5 stars because I needed a bit more “jerk”. Give me the 🔥, I can take it lol. 🇯🇲 #jerkpork #jamaicanfood“

“Can’t believe I haven’t tried this place before!
I ordered their cali poke bowl and it was absolutely delicious!
Everything tasted super fresh and the portion was very generous.
The owner also offered me a complimentary miso soup with my bowl :)
I’ll be going back soon!!!“

“Best burger in the city. Shake and Rudy are good too of course, but Aloette is a step above, for the same price.
Haven’t tried the chicken options but the beef is excellent. Not sure what grade or cuts they use, but it’s packed full of beefy flavour goodness. What sets Aloette apart though are the chef-y toppings that make it the best blend
/hybrid of a smash burger and restaurant burger.
Cheese fries come with a briny pepperoncini/mustard relish topping and is perfect to cut through the richness of the cheese sauce.
Only 4 stool seats so this is a takeout spot.
Staff are super friendly and courteous.
I’d give 6 stars if I could. The best.“

“10/10.
So good.
Highly recommend.
I'm from Korea and I have been craving for legit Korean Boong-eo-bbang for so long. At Kevin's, they have by far the closest one to what you can get in Korea.
Have some cash in case they don't take cards.“

“The veal sandwich.
It's my go to.
I just made it back today, I've been out of the country for two years.
It was like a warm hug for my soul.
As always, lovely breaded veal, a perfect marinera, and the buns are amazing.
Picture shows sandwich on a dinner plate, huge!
I've been eating their sandwiches since '99...
In my opinion, the best breaded veal in the city.“

“I ordered their crispy chicken sandwich as a bogo offer on uber eats, and i was so happy i decided to try this place! The sandwiches were insanely good, and that relish tasted amazing. I also absolutely loved their blue and white branding! Will definitely be trying other things from their menu.“

“On our way to pick up our breakfast sandwiches, we stopped at the coffee shop and while we were there, we did a mobile order for our breakfast sandwiches because we had heard that they are quite busy and actually on their website it will tell you how long the wait is currently. They were ready right on time. Handed to us with a smile. And after the 15 minute walk home, they were still nice and hot and tasted very fresh and delicious. Since we were not from the area, we also split one of their burgers, just for a taste. Equally delicious! Highly recommend.“

“Even if the local Toronto sports team doesn't have a good night, a trip to Alexandros makes it all better. And it's even better when Toronto wins!
Love the gyro here. PORK, the way it's meant to be! :) Reminds me of a place called Augoustino's in Rhodes, Greece.“

“Smashing IT! 😎
A great little spot tucked away inside the historical St. Lawrence Market.
If you're in the mood for some outstanding, superb cabbage rolls and pierogis, then this is definitely the spot for you!
The owners of European Delight certainly know and understand the meaning of homemade.
Great food, great prices, and wonderful customer service 😀“

“Today, I enjoyed a turkey sandwich and a classic black coffee. The sandwich was fantastic—crispy lettuce, smoky bacon, and juicy turkey, I absolutely loved it!
As for the coffee, it was great as always, offering that perfect bold and comforting flavor.
The staff at Billings were enthusiastic. Since I arrived a little early, the turkey sandwich wasn’t quite ready, but the cook was kind enough to prepare it quickly and serve it fresh. Thank you both!“
“We passed by Sushi & Bento on the way to the St Patrick subway station on Dundas to catch the Rogers Cup (ATP tennis) at the Aviva Center. After spending a tiring 6 hours watching the tennis matches, we decided to pick up takeout on the way home. Ordered a couple of the teriyaki chicken bento boxes at $12.95 each. Back at the hotel, we were quite surprised to find a lot food. The boxes consisted of a miso soup, a small salad, 6 large pieces of California roll, 2 pork gyozas, 5 pieces of tempura (2 prawns, 1 piece each of brocolli, sweet potato, & squash), a small scoop of white rice, a large serving of sliced up chicken (the equivalent of 2 thighs). Although we both weren't able to finish eating all of our dinner due to the large volume of food, I would recommend eating at his establishment.“

“This self-serve buffet restaurant offers a new menu every day, ensuring there’s always something exciting to try. From hearty non-vegetarian dishes to delicious vegetarian and gluten-free options, the spread caters to all dietary preferences without compromising on taste.
One of the standout features is the pay-by-weight system, which allows you to control portion sizes and try a little bit of everything. Whether you’re craving vibrant salads, comforting curries, or perfectly seasoned grilled meats, there’s something to satisfy every palate.“
“yes the ramen and the udon noodles may have been more expensive than their downtown equivalent but these were very well done, with a broth that had a good layering of flavours, served quick and hot. Compared to other places at Pearson I would be pleased to eat here again - actually given the quick and friendly service and the fact that I really enjoyed my meal, I'd be happy to go back even if it were in downtown.“

“Was hyped up quite a bit by a friend of mine but definitely did not disappoint. The side of curly fries for the combo was enough to share between two, especially if you’re both getting doubles. The burgers themselves were super well done, great crust and the an insanely satisfying bite. The service was also great, we went on a Saturday and both ladies at the front of house were friendly, kind and accommodating.“
