Portions are really big so you get your moneys worth. The takeout containers could be better. If you order anything that’s been fried, because the portion is so big, there’s no space in the container, nor are there holes. So the steam combined with lack of space will make your fried food very soggy and mushy. This was the case for the general tso’s. Recommend they cut holes in the top of the container so steam can escape. Also the taste was a little off.. noticed a bit too much sourness

a lady customer was rude to me in the past, telling me to lower my voice on my cell phone, , but the food is good, she is friendly with the waitress so it would be useless to talk to someone there, creates uncomfortable feelings for me, i will not go back there ,

Absolutely awful. We ordered delivery and had to throw everything away, it was a massive waste of money. The rice and chicken balls were both overcooked and dried out, the sauce on the chow mein was burnt. Even trying to push past all of that the quality of the food itself was so poor it was inedible.

I have been ordering from Tender Trap for almost 10 years now. The food is so good. Always fresh, hot and delicious. The staff are so friendly and kind. The delivery driver is so sweet. I highly recommend them. I have never been disappointed. And their Miso soup is the BEST I have had from anywhere !!!! Hands down.

I bought small and large party tray pork spicy for my festival event on 3rd October 2025 in $172 dollars but spicy pork got smell bad after 6 hours later. I think, they did cook not that fresh pork.
I had spicy rice chicken from this location frequently just for myself and it was okay. Also, I live in the same neighborhood so, I decided to buy from this location but it destroyed my party.
I bought the large party tray spicy chicken from Hakka Bistra from Parliament and Gerrad Location on the same day but it remained fresh even after 10 hours.
Tender trap ruined my festival party. All my guests were very upset.

I have been ordering from this place for years, but recently the food quality has changed. We always order chili chicken and fried rice; the chicken was very fatty, had little bones, and too much batter. You can barely taste the chicken. I hope this changes because this was once one of my favorite restaurants.
