Felt like a very old, authentic bakery with history. Bread stacked high in the front windows! I don't need my bakeries to be flashy and gentrified. Just make good pastries, write the menu by hand on a poster, sell it to me, and call it a day. Everything tasted 10/10

I stopped by this bakery on Parliament Street today and was absolutely blown away by the selection in the display case. Everything looked so fresh and beautifully prepared.
I ended up trying a few different items, including the pastries topped with sliced almonds. They were perfectly baked with a lovely glaze. It is rare to find such high-quality treats that look just as good as they taste. I will definitely be back to try more.
