Dear Tim Hortons Employees. Thank you so much for taking my molten lava, no cream, tasted like burnt toast coffee I got from Bradford and making it right. You totally saved this mother’s sanity. You two deserve a raise. Much appreciated for your time and effort. Cheers.
My husband and I stopped in last Saturday morning after a drive through Westphal, and the coffee was fresh and hot just the way we like it. The staff were so friendly and patient while we figured out what to order, which we always appreciate at our age. We both got the classic double double and a couple of Timbits to share, and it hit the spot perfectly. A lovely little spot to rest your feet, and we will definitely pop in again next time we are passing through.
I was in the restaurant mid week last week. As usual it was a very busy morning (as this location is always busy in the morning). I admire that lady who stood up for her staff when being taken advantage. I like the way she handle & draw a line between customer service & being taken advantage for.
