How are no restaurants open before the first Via trains run for the day. Had to walk around the entire building to find the one Starbucks that was open (thank god). Otherwise people are forced to purchase the grossly overpriced and mediocre food on the train I guess?
There are plenty of options available, many of which range from good to excellent, offering a variety of choices to suit different needs and preferences.

This review is particularly about the Shanghai 360 at the Union Food Court. When finishing our combo box, we found a piece of chewed gum at the bottom, felt so sick and tried very hard not to barf! It seemed like a certain staff member did it on purpose because it's buried underneath so we could not see it until we almost finished the food! Could have reported but had to catch a train in a snow storm. Should get a lawyer if we get sick in the next few days... Just wanted to warn other commuters now maybe stay away from Shanghai 360 there. My stomach is still churning as i write this!

So many choices, plenty of seating, nice staff. And despite being crowded, it's really clean

The pizza pizza at this location sucks
I was here with my 3 year old baby and we had to wait an hour for food apparently they couldn't find the receipt which I ordered( never gave me my customers copy as well)
And all of this new years eve
I couldn't properly watch the fireworks which my baby wanted to watch
And I came all the way from Markham rio see the fireworks
About the fooD
I ordered a medium pizza with bacon and chichen
The Chicken was cold
And the bacon was uncooked
The tables seem to be consistently dirty, and despite efforts to clean them, they are not staying as clean as they should. Additionally, there seems to be a persistent issue with flies and fruit flies in the area, which is contributing to an unpleasant environment. Please do better
I would kindly request that additional cleaning staff be considered or that the cleaning schedule be reviewed to address these issues more effectively. A more consistent and thorough approach would greatly improve the overall experience for everyone in the space.
Fun place to explore on a rainy day in

The food and service can be sub par, when you're there and there are larger crowds. We stopped for dinner before the hockey game in December, because of the holidays and it being game day everything around was busy. We resorted to the food court. The food is quick, we got thai express, it was good. There were no places to sit so you have to wait. It was just too crowded. They have a newer food places open which is cool, but it just unnecessarily expensive.

The choices for food in the Main foodcourt are meh. The Accessible seating is not clearly marked, nor does it have adequate space for wheelchairs or walkers. It's more like a badly laid out school lunch room than a food court.
Now, the "Food Hall" that is closer to Scotia Area? That has Much better food, And Worse seating.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian food galore. I would come here too eat even if I don't need a bus or train. Lots of choices here. Including a new Taco Bell.
There is also Thai food, Caribbean food, Chinese food, pizza pizza and sushi. Plus many more places and just down the hall tunnel there are also many new food stalls with things like pretzels, chicken, donuts and great Jamaican patties.
Dietary restrictions: If you can't find what you need here I would be shocked.
Parking: Union station York Concorse. This place is part of the P.A.T.H. system. Get off at Union station TTC and it's right there.
Kid-friendliness: Great for kids but I'm not sure if they have high chairs.
Wheelchair accessibility: Totally accessable.

Smashing IT!
I enjoyed the new Union Station food court and taking a stroll through the historical building.
There's a great selection of food, Cafés, and most importantly, the Cheesecake Factory to choose from! ?
My only suggestion if management is reading this is to ensure that you have enough security guards patrolling the area. There was an incident this past Sunday, and they were no security guards in sight.

Imagining what a post-apocalyptic dining experience might look like? Well wonder no further! This dystopian setting combines the stark discomfort of Soviet Brutalist architecture and seating with lighting best suited to a Blade Runner sequel. It stands in direct contrast to the grandeur of the Great Hall above. The people who work there are lovely, and one hopes that this is based upon their honest joie de vivre instead of forced compliance from some hidden shock collar.
