This place consistently smells like garbage, the tables are always grimy and you’ll be constantly swatting flies away from your food. The food options are basic food court options with three unique vendors😋. Take your food and leave since it smells like a giant garbage can 🙃☹️.

There’s a group of women always wandering in the food court harassing customers. They use children to beg for money.
You employ many securities but none of them seemed to care. Terrible!

All was excellent but it was very hard to find this place, as there are almost no signs of where to go. Also, I had to wait until everyone is open, as on Google opening hours are specified from 9, but it was 11. However, I'm happy to wear something after a long trip. :)

How are no restaurants open before the first Via trains run for the day. Had to walk around the entire building to find the one Starbucks that was open (thank god). Otherwise people are forced to purchase the grossly overpriced and mediocre food on the train I guess?

There are plenty of options available, many of which range from good to excellent, offering a variety of choices to suit different needs and preferences.

This review is particularly about the Shanghai 360 at the Union Food Court. When finishing our combo box, we found a piece of chewed gum at the bottom, felt so sick and tried very hard not to barf! It seemed like a certain staff member did it on purpose because it's buried underneath so we could not see it until we almost finished the food! Could have reported but had to catch a train in a snow storm. Should get a lawyer if we get sick in the next few days... Just wanted to warn other commuters now maybe stay away from Shanghai 360 there. My stomach is still churning as i write this!

So many choices, plenty of seating, nice staff. And despite being crowded, it's really clean

The pizza pizza at this location sucks
I was here with my 3 year old baby and we had to wait an hour for food apparently they couldn't find the receipt which I ordered( never gave me my customers copy as well)
And all of this new years eve
I couldn't properly watch the fireworks which my baby wanted to watch
And I came all the way from Markham rio see the fireworks
About the fooD
I ordered a medium pizza with bacon and chichen
The Chicken was cold
And the bacon was uncooked

The tables seem to be consistently dirty, and despite efforts to clean them, they are not staying as clean as they should. Additionally, there seems to be a persistent issue with flies and fruit flies in the area, which is contributing to an unpleasant environment. Please do better

I would kindly request that additional cleaning staff be considered or that the cleaning schedule be reviewed to address these issues more effectively. A more consistent and thorough approach would greatly improve the overall experience for everyone in the space.
