“COPS on Dufferin in North York delivers where it counts: the donuts. They’re fresh, warm, and perfectly bite-sized — light, fluffy inside with just the right crisp on the outside. The rotating flavours are fun, and the classics are done really well.
That said, the location itself is surprisingly inconspicuous. From the outside, it’s not immediately clear that it’s a donut shop — the signage and overall aesthetic are so understated that it’s easy to miss or second-guess whether you’re in the right place. For a brand that’s fun and bold in product, the exterior presence feels oddly muted and a bit frustrating.“

“I have been eating them all wrong!! 🙈 Did you know they were supposed to be enjoyed fresh right away?! Today I had one the proper way. And it’s like I found a totally new donut. Crispy on the outside and mochi on the inside. It’s like they were popping donuts! The owner was so kind. And he shared with me how they are so serious about fresh donuts that if a donut isn’t sold in the timeframe they are supposed to be enjoyed, it’s thrown out. Guaranteed fresh! And here I was taking them home to eat lol. Wrong wrong wrong lol. Can’t wait until they come to Vaughan 😉“

“Tried this place today. The sausage wasn’t good at all, but the other bites were actually pretty nice. The flavors were simple and the presentation looked good, but for the price I expected a little more. Not a bad experience overall, just somewhere I’d recommend to everyone.“

“Extremely friendly family owned shop for my favourite place for mochi doughnuts.
- doughnuts are always fresh and made consistently the same every time I have come here on weekdays or weekends.
- best mochi doughnuts in the city compared to all the other shops
-cheapest price and they even lowered their prices this year 2026
-They also have viet banh mi now & cooked food which is very yummy and reasonable price

“Most disgusting Tim's I've ever seen. Garbage all over the parking lot, bathroom looked and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a week (even tho I was the first one to use it when they opened in the morning) and they gave me a black coffee even tho I ordered a double double. “Stopped by this Tim Hortons a few days ago and the service from Ann and the other workers was incredible. Ann was very friendly and had such a positive attitude which truly made my day. I ordered a protein latte which usually takes long at the other Tim Horton locations but here I got order quickly.“

“It is ironic to write a review for a restaurant which I have been visiting for 12+ years!! I have witnessed the expansion of the restaurant to multiple locations in GTA. Thanks to an article in Toronto Star food section years ago, which totally changed the fate of the restaurant. I still recalled the line up after the article.
Well they have to be good to sustain so many years.
They once won the Best HK style milk tea award in Hongkong, an amazing competitor from Toronto then.
Yes, their HK milk tea is still great, food is fine nothing fancy.They have expanded their menu to satisfy needs for all ages.
When you spent $15 for a McDonald's combo, this place, with their simple combo, would be far better alternative.“
“This is the top location on Markham Road and I have been ordering from here for almost 10 years. There have been past issues (3-4 times) but upon making contact, they have been accommodating with a solution. Today my Latte was made perfectly and given to me at the drive-thru by an Asian lady with tattoo(s) on her arms. Thank you for making my Latte well, it is so important to those of us who really value our drinks, especially when they are well made!“

“I probably haven't been to a Tim Hortons in a year and a half but I needed a snack. This one was so decent - friendly staff, clean, really tasty steak sandwich thing, fresh boston cream, no weirdos anywhere and, best of all, had a dog in the corner. Great place! Probably won't return but if you want a good TH this is the place to come... A destination!“
