I stopped in here with my cousins for some refreshing drinks. Surprisingly, it was quite busy, with several customers waiting and more coming in, plus online orders. It took a little while before we could even place our orders and even longer before they were prepared. This is by no means a complaint or criticism of the lone worker. Dec. 13, 2023I’ve been to plenty of Real Fruit locations and none of them have had such great customer service! I couldn’t decide between the mango diamond slush and a roasted oolong milk tea, but the worker gave me a very good description of both and was very patient even though I kept changing my mind!
