“I came here a week ago for dessert at around 9PM—11PM with a bunch of friends. The portions were fulfilling and were enough to share between two people. Shaved ice was delicious, however, when I tried to play the board games they offered it was sticky and old. Other than the board games, my overtime here was great!“

“We had unhappy experience at this restaurant today. Before we order the food, the waitress who has short hair and wearing glasses told me that my child was too loud. My child was just talking to his grandparents while waiting for the food. And there are other adult customers are louder than us…we been Canada for many years, this is the first time to meet this kinds o service, make me unhappy and ridiculous!“

“Hands down THE BEST TAIWANESE FOOD I've ever had in Toronto!
I went to college in LA and they had A LOT of amazing Taiwanese food over there. I was completely spoiled. After I moved to Toronto, I tried so many so-called Taiwanese restaurants but all are pretty disappointing. Until a few years ago I moved to Scarborough and found Wei's. Their food brings back the good memories of my younger days.
Especially the stinky tofu. It's hard to find this kind of stinky tofu nowadays. Many places only have the other kinds (e.g. black ones, ones with fermented tofu sauces etc). THIS stinky tofu is what I live for since I was a kid. It's the most similar to stinky tofu in Hong Kong. My mom and I can't stop sniffing the tofu, lol, what a ASMR!
Their lunchbox combos are also absolutely tasteful. I especially love how they match different side dishes with different boxes. Once I ordered 3 lunchboxes and each of them had different side dishes. It's this kind of details that keep us coming back for more.
Oh, and the fried oyster pan cake. My goodness, I've never had one this good since I left LA. Thank you!“

“we love coming here for her popcorn chicken. the owner makes it fresh and always to order, her other dishes are really good as well and decently priced. she works 7 days a week and is always happy to make adjustments or accommodations. we get takeout whenever we can and order her popcorn chicken for a snack when friends are coming over, it’s a crowd pleaser!“

“*Reviewing as a picky bubble tea drinker*
Tried the watermelon slush that was recommended by another review and can confirm it is freshly blended, refreshing and delicious. Unexpectedly, pearls are included too! They're fresh, very basic pearls (not much flavour that you would expect from top tier bbt places) Excellent deal for $3.50, tax included. Would try other slushes too next time.
龜苓膏 Gui ling gao is $5.00 and appears to be house made. Also tasty!
Thinking about getting the rose green tea to-go as I slurp my watermelon slush. It's another recommended by a different reviewer. Would definitelu come back if I lived around here.“

“Food is amazing, their chicken and brisket are amazing and for the prize is a great deal. Service is decent, quick and cash only. Atmosphere is alright, you can't eat inside, but you can go to the food court. I come here very often, great food, and a variety of side dishes all the time.“

“Great customer service after a bit of a miscommunication regarding an order with a promotion going on. They were kind enough to remake a drink cold (and let me keep the hot one). Overall very understanding and pleasant staff. Drinks were pretty good as well.“

“Pretty chill place to get some quick snacks.
I usually come here for some tasty bubble tea and maybe some other savoury food.
The dumplings here are pretty good as well.

“Went there for a quick lunch.
Place is well located, had plenty of seats.
The ginger honey tea was awesome! Hot, tasty and the tea pot was really beautiful.
The food was a surprise in both ways.
The chicken and rice plate was good, fresh, chicken was crispy, vegetables well seasoned. I would recommend for sure.
The pork dish was supposed to be in a thickened base broth with rice…. The broth was thin, tasting like fish with small pieces of something hard in it, making it really unpleasant to eat. Besides, the combination of a pork dish with fish broth was not good at all. I could barely eat.“
