“A rare gem of a restaurant where you get unbeatable value for money. I ordered ghormeh sabzi and baghali polo with lamb neck. The portions are massive. You can easily share either of these dishes with another person. Food is so delicious and tastes similar to my Persian friend’s home food.“

“We were a group of 6 on Thursday night, it was quiet . The server, Sepehr, was incredibly friendly, polite, and made us feel right at home. To start, we ordered the kashke bedemjan, which was alright, and for our main course, we went for the sultani, which was absolutely delicious. The rice was fluffy and the kebab was tender and juicy. As for dessert, we decided to try the baklava, and it was quite enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.“

“Great food, great service! I got a burger, koobideh sandwich and mast khiar. Even though the burger was great, the other two were FANTASTIC!!! The koobideh sandwich was the best I’ve ever had and the mast Khiar was freshly made as we ordered it which was so crunchy and thick! Kobbideh sandwich was very rich in meat with their homemade sauce, which Saeed suggested is top notch and definitely didn’t disappoint. The sitting area was not the fanciest but it was clean and ok for a quick meal, otherwise take out can also be a great option. Side note: I peaked at the kitchen and it was SPOTLESS CLEAN, which also is a huge factor to me.“

“Best of the best authentic Persian food in downtown Richmond Hill!The food was beyond delicious, the service was amazing! Definitely recommend Zeitoon Parvardeh (a mix of olives, pomegranate sauce, ground walnut, and special herbs) and Mirza Ghasemi (BBQ eggplant, eggs, garlic, and tomato) for appetizers. Their lamb chops were excellent! You have to try their special desserts with tea at the end of your meal. They also have live music for the weekend.The owner and staff were very friendly and kind. “We tried their Bandari and Royal Hot Dog Sandwiches. Both sandwiches were delicious and tasty but our taste was more into their Bandari! You can ask them to make it more or less spicy..The staff were so friendly and polite and generously gave us discount on our sandwiches. Unlike other shops their sandwiches taste like a homemade ones which is a plus! Highly recommended!“

“This is our go-to kabab place. We order the family pack from here once a week, and the whole family loves it. The koobideh is juicy, flavourful and bouncy. The chicken is equally delicious, and the rice is always so fragrant and fluffy. My husband is Persian and is a self-appointed koobideh kabab connoisseur, and he rates this place very highly.“

“Surprisingly really liked their kebabs and rice , the place was almost empty eventhough we called in advance and the person on the phone said we might have to wait for a table, service was quick. The girl at the front seem a little inpatient for her shift to finish, but I don't blame her she is pretty young girl.“

“I was served by a nice lady by the name of Majda, who was very amicable and served everything to my taste.No complaints other than portion size vs. price. For the price, a little more quantity is probably what customers can rightfully expect.“
