“Oh my, today I had the best marinara sauce I have ever had! And the gnocchi! The only comparison I have is from the grocery store and the gnocchi I had the pleasure of savouring today was a heavenly texture and flavour! I won’t ever buy grocery store gnocchi again. I had a cardamom chai tea, and Rosa served it with hot frothed milk which made the tea taste even better. I was full, but decided to try dessert. I had the lemon (?) and it was divine! I wish I lived nearby so I could eat here regularly. The service was friendly and fast.“

“The Pizza Hut website was sending me in an ordering loop to redeem my points for a free medium pizza. It was giving mixed messages as to whether I had placed an order, multiple orders, or not at all. When I arrived at the Hanover Pizza Hut, I found out that my order had not been placed. I explained my situation to the employee, noting that I did not know if my points had been redeemed or not, due to the website glitch. Hardik showed great customer service in listening to my issue, empathizing with my frustrating online experience, and then offering me a free, two topping, medium pizza. He made the pizza immediately. I waited in my car, while it was in the oven. In no time at all, Hardik was at the store entry bringing the pizza out to me in the parking lot. This employee did a great job at customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure that I left Pizza Hut this evening having a positive experience: turning frustration into a smile.
