“The Pizza Hut website was sending me in an ordering loop to redeem my points for a free medium pizza. It was giving mixed messages as to whether I had placed an order, multiple orders, or not at all. When I arrived at the Hanover Pizza Hut, I found out that my order had not been placed. I explained my situation to the employee, noting that I did not know if my points had been redeemed or not, due to the website glitch. Hardik showed great customer service in listening to my issue, empathizing with my frustrating online experience, and then offering me a free, two topping, medium pizza. He made the pizza immediately. I waited in my car, while it was in the oven. In no time at all, Hardik was at the store entry bringing the pizza out to me in the parking lot. This employee did a great job at customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure that I left Pizza Hut this evening having a positive experience: turning frustration into a smile. This was truly appreciated. Thanks Hardik!“

“June 25, 25 we stopped in for an early dinner. at first site, all but 2 tables were reserved, on a Wed night! we thought Wow, this is going to be good, and yes it was! Super, super service by Mrs "Owner'. I think her hubby is the chef? loved her stories, but the food! the Caprese salad was so good, we licked the plate clean! loved the balsamic and pesto dressing. I had the Salsiccia. it was perfectly spicy and enough to bring leftovers home. hubby had the Pollo pizza. it had a perfect crust, but the sauce! So, so delicious. she said to save room for dessert, so we shared the vanilla cannoli with little chocolate chips-divine. we can't wait to go back to try the summer menu!“
