“The Bayou Shrimp dish was divine! The cream sauce was devoured with pieces of bread, to the last last drop! The bread was good quality served with a dollop of soft butter. The Paella dish, one of the specials last night, was full of muscles, shrimp, squid, chorizo, and chicken along with rice, fabulous! Thanks for putting a sparkler in my creme brulee for my BD and giving me this dessert as a gift. Your attention to detail is remarkable. I'm Italian and notice these things! I would take my Italian mother here for dinner, if she was closer, and that says it all!☺️”

“I definitely recommend the Captain's Table. I have been coming here for over 50 year's. The halibut fish and chip are heaven as my grandson would say. They give you a nice big portion and they still rap it in news paper. It's definitely the place to go if you love fish and chips. Thanks for all the great food over the years.”

“My own mother worked for this company not at this location. She worked long , hard hours for over 20 years to raise youngest brother on her own with minimum wage and tips. Her employer would switch shifts literally at last minute and threaten if she didn't accept she would be fired!!!
This went on well over 20 years of working for a tyrannical employer that could not care less about employees and treated employees like cattle instead of human beings. ANY COMPANY OR CORPORATION THAT CONDONES THIS DOES NOT DESERVE ANY PRAISE ON ANY LEVEL.
A truly disgusting company in my experience and knowledge of their business practices. I will never support COUNTRY STYLE nor will family, friends and co-workers!!!”

“Well we were finally able to get here and it was great. We sat on the patio and listened to some good tunes and then ordered a fabulous ceaser salad and pizza. The pizza was one of the best I've ever had and just the right size for two people. Our server was perfect on timing and the chef was a true genius with the wood fired oven. We were given a small appetizer while we waited which was a nice surprise and it tasted great. Good restaurant all around, we can't wait to go back and maybe sit inside this time. Steve s.”

“Waiting period for 4 dishes was a bit bore. Food varies. Chicken fettuccini alfredo was so bland i asked for extra cheddar cheese but even their cheese was bland. Fish of fish & chips was mushy inside. We ordered medium rare Sirloin steak but got almost well done. Coleslaw and french fries were delicious. Be ready to tip.”

“I've been going to Captain Georges Fish & Chips every time I'm in or passing through Campbellford, ON for over 20 years. The food is Always Awesome. Large Helpings of tasty fish in an excellent, crispy batter. Today I wanted 2 pcs of Cod with Fries. Apparently the cook (owner) thought the pcs of fish were small so he gave me 3 pcs. No argument from me of course. I highly recommend this specific location for Captain Georges Fish & Chips. Whether you live there or are just passing through, it is always well worth the stop.”

“I go to tim hortons every morning before work and when Al and Fern are there its an amazing experience. they are soo friendly, always remember my order, they go above and beyond!! when i go and they are not there its hit and miss. but you can guarantee that if i show up and Al and fern are there not only will i get my order done right and with care but im always guaranteed to leave with a smile!!”
