“Alexis and Alysha were wonderful! I came in 2 minutes to close. They were welcoming, warm, heated my slice on request and honestly made my whole day! I grew up in Caledonia and anytime I went though Hagersville I would always stop for slice! Unfortunately, it's been awhile. They are in the same plaza but slid farther down to a new location. It was a nostalgic visit and wasn't sure what to expect. The ladies were cleaning when I arrived. They were warm ans inviting. Didn't make me feel bad for arriving so close to locking the doors. They were warm, heated my slice promptly, were hospitable and timely. Thank you Alexis and Alysha! You gave me a wonderful nostalgic experience! Give these girls a raise!“

“Went to pick up my order. It was hot. It was exactly what I asked for and customer service was excellent! I highly recommend the food. The pizza was thin crust as I requested and my poppers which were done with banana peppers because I don't care for the actual jalapeno peppers and it was done to perfection. “Might be a bit biased being raised in Waterford but definitely top 3 of my favourite pizzas, and I have had a lot of pizza. As a child I loved getting a few bucks, and going to get a slice & pop. As an adult I love getting a pizza to take home. A big fan of the fact they use sliced bacon vs crumble as that makes or breaks when getting bacon on a pizza.

They also got delicious panzerottis.

The staff is always friendly.

Vegetarian options: Can always get a veggie pizza ?

Parking: Small parking lot alongside the street, sometimes difficult to back out especially to go North due to angle of parking space.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible by wheelchair, one step at entry.“

“Excellent pizzas in the town. I ordered their new handcrafted pizza( cheddar bacon ranch and fajita chicken ) and i loved it. I suggest everyone to try their new handcrafted pizzas. It comes with different style and crust and topped with good amount of toppings.Apart from food i also liked the excellent customer service.

Parking: Too many parking spots and Esso gas station too.“

“There Pizza always stands up to its name. Very fresh with great amount of toppings.
Not much else to say except you have to give it a try.
The prices are a bit higher than most. However the quality is there.
Now they have deals most of the time.

“Absolutely horrible service from the Simcoe Titos location ordered a panzerotti and onion rings for my lunch break at work. ordered it specifically for 10:45, it didn't show until 11. when I called back to enquire where my food was (as it was late). I was told it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. my lunch break by that time was over. when I finally got my order I opened up the box to find it wasn't even my order. I called back to see if they could rectify the mistakes and was told "sorry this happened" they would not work with me to fix the issue. long story short I will never be ordering from this location again. I will note that the Delhi location is great, and I have never had any issues from there. Note to management: DO BETTER !!!“
