“Food is alright. Not exactly the most delicious food ever but it tastes just right. The service is nice, food gets delivered to your table. The atmosphere is interesting however I don’t really like the windows. Overall its an alright experience.“

First, the staff was so helpful and courteous to ensure we each got the right burger.

The smash quality on these burgers are truly elite! My husband is going to be talking about his crispy edges for a long time.

We don’t understand how this place isn’t lined up around the block. It’s 10/10 for sure!!!

Saw some previous reviewers have feedback around the patties being thin and crispy…these are smash burgers and made to perfection!!!

“Hit or miss. The food can sometimes be like chubby carb angels singing on your plate or it could be like “son I scraped the bottom of the barrel and found some stuff for you”. Their prices are fine and food is generally okayish though I did get food poisoning a couple times (still eat it). The staff is always friendly and accommodating if your order isn’t good. I just wish they paid a little more attention to hygiene“

One of my fries came with too little fries! Half as much as it should. I complained, and they gave me a small order of fries to make up for it. Even brought it to my table. Good service.“

“Visited Harvey’s around 11pm tonight and was disappointed by how short-staffed the location was.
There was only one or maybe two staff members in the entire store handling everything, Food was good and the staff was super nice as usual.
It isn’t very pleasant because this location usually runs much smoother. Management needs to schedule more help, especially during peak hours. This is not the service I expect from Harvey’s.“

This location however very low selection compared to others by me, I only went to the Laurelwood location in Waterloo for a groupon deal I got, however I didn’t quite understand the deal in groupon so it wasn’t really a deal to me, so I wouldn’t purchase again from here anyway. Cake was still good and well decorated. Service was ok. I’m well aware how groupon works and I’ve bought many deals and this was the only deal that wasn’t worth the deal. The groupon ad doesn’t make sense how is it $20 towards a cake when I paid $14 for the deal and had to pay ex $16 at checkout ?“
