They should be practicing social distancing. I walked by this store at 7pm and this store was packed with at least 20 people standing shoulder to shoulder. We haven't shut down businesses across Canada for no reason. Why is this store even still open given that they are not even enforcing current restrictions. Is providing tea an essential service???
I am disappointed that Chatime does not accept reusable cups (even if it's clearly marked that they are 16oz, same as your regular size). From looking online, you seem to be one of the only bubble tea chains who refuses to take them. I would like to know why this is your policy.
I hope you will eventually get with the times and fix this policy in the future, since I still like your tea. :(
