Great food. No question about it. We've been there many times. That being said, the service (from Robert) was horrible. Slow and no ask if we needed anything else (more condiments were required) or even wanted a second beverage. It was a birthday celebration and we schedule a dessert... never arrived.
There are many choices in the KW area. Try somewhere that cares about you supporting them.
The food was very good, but atmosphere was borderline cafeteria and service was poor. Ordered a glass of Stella and it came in a small plain Jane glass. Felt like a ripoff. the Rizzotto was amazing and that saved the èxperience. I much prefer Moxies to be honest. At least you don't have people crowded beside you.
Incredible atmosphere! Great service by Laura! Didn’t love the menu, but loved the KW Ciders! Will be back.
