Food was okay .Dark quarter chicken was very well done . Ribs were good . Service was lovely by Astha. Also purchased a take out . Recieved about a tablespoon of dried out coleslaw ,potatoes tasted like cardboard definitely not worth the $20 I paid for the takeout meal for my daughter . Won't do that again

My wife and I visited Swiss Chalet on Weber St in Waterloo, Ontario. We were greeted with a warm and inviting smile by our server, Cathy. From the moment we sat down, she took care of us, making us comfortable and relaxed. She was perfect in waiting on us. Our meal was fast, fresh, hot and delicious! We both left more than satisfied. I told Cathy she is an excellent server!

We had an excellent experience as soon as we met our server Cindy. She was so down to earth, friendly, funny and sincere. Always checking in with us to see how our meal was tasting and if we needed anything else. She has lots of energy and to be proud and dedicated to be working there since 1984. Congratulations Cindy for being the best server we had.
