I like the coffee and food here. But the wait time is longer than usual
I had an excellent experience at Tim Hortons thanks to one of the staff members. Constance was very welcoming, friendly, and incredibly professional from the moment I walked in. Tim Hortons, a popular Canadian coffee and donut shop, has received mixed reviews from its customers. The restaurant is known for its clean and pleasant atmosphere, with many customers appreciating the friendly staff, especially the night shift team who provide exceptional service and keep the place well-maintained. Among them, Graham stands out as a courteous and reliable team member who remembers customers' names and orders, creating a welcoming environment that makes regulars feel at home. However, some customers have experienced issues with long wait times, limited seating during busy hours, and inconsistent customer service. One drive-thru incident involved a payment problem where the staff refused to give the order despite proof of payment, highlighting some service inconsistencies. Customers also noted that the service can sometimes lack personality, especially from certain staff members, which affects the overall experience. Despite these issues, many customers enjoy the food, especially the bacon and turkey bacon sandwiches, and the atmosphere remains a positive aspect of the restaurant. Overall, Tim Hortons offers a mixed experience, with some praising the food and friendly service, particularly from Graham, while others see room for improvement in service consistency and customer satisfaction.
