I was excited to try to cauliflower wings because the sauce sounded great but they came with no sauce just completely plain fried cauliflower. i ordered pick up and when i got there the door was locked. I tried going to the other side and they told me to go to the door i just tried because that’s where food orders are picked up. I tried calling the store multiple times and there was no answer. It wasn’t until someone noticed me in the window then they opened the door all confused and said after 11 to go to the bar. He gave me my order but seemed annoyed and said next time go to the other side after 11. But the bar in the other door was packed and they told me to go to the other side! I’ll avoid this place from now on, what a nightmare.

I love white rabbit but i unfortunately hate the live music, especially since its several days a week and starts earlier like 8pm. Went recently w my boyfriend to get a drink and totally forgot about the live music — it was so loud i couldnt hear him, there wasnt many people in the place but its so small that the loud music is annoying. We ended up leaving earlier than we wanted to bc of that.

The service was amazing! The food was delicious, I recommend the cauliflower or wonton nachos as starter. Everyone was pleased with their mains and buttermilk chicken thigh sandwich was deadly. Fun selection of drinks that tasted really good. The ambiance was unique but still cozy feeling and the restaurant was tastefully decorated for the holiday season. We drove from Oakville to meet friends and we will be returning. Highly recommend!!

Ordered the steak sandwich with a side of truffle fries. Steak was cooked well but almost all fat so therefore very hard to eat. Truffle fries were unfortunately the worst I’ve ever had. Imagine McDonald’s fries with crusty dry parmesan on top. Please do better we were so excited

We had such a wonderful visit at White Rabbit! I ordered the mussels in red Thai curry and had it as my main dish with extra bread. They were so generous — they actually brought me lots of warm, delicious bread, which made the dish even better.
My partner had the steak frites and absolutely loved it. We also shared the calamari to start, and we kept trying to figure out what exactly was in that amazing sauce — it was that good!
The drinks were fantastic as well. I have to say, I probably had the best margarita I’ve had in years… maybe even since my last trip to Mexico.
It was our first time there, and I honestly don’t know how we’ve missed this place, considering we live in Waterloo. We’ll definitely be going back. And as a lovely bonus, they also have live music!
Highly recommend White Rabbit for a great night out.

Went a week ago, New menu not the best options were limited. Mocktails lacking substance, charged $15 for literally 75% ice. Recommend checking your receipts before payment as menu and prices they enter are different…Won’t be returning back.

Me and my partner came for a pre show dinner on the 10th, everything was absolutely perfect. We both had a drink each, app and main. Ambiance was very nice, and our server was super knowledgeable on the charcuterie board, which in itself was great value. 10/10 will be back!
