the place is full of flies! I asked the Indian lady why there are so many flies inside the store and she replied "its because of the ice cream and the sweets" .. thats so disgusting
Horrible customer service in Welland! Will go to another location that accepts coupon codes.
I have ordered a Turtles Blizzard here on two different occasions at their drive thru. Both times the blizzard had very, very little flavouring in it. I buy this blizzard at other locations, and you get lots of flavouring. They do not put in the required amount. I went back inside to get my money back. The girl was not customer friendly. If this was my first visit to a Dairy Queen, I would never go back. Corporate Office needs to smarten up and do something here. The comments...read full review
