Starbucks in Welland offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a neat and well-kept dining room area. The staff is usually very helpful and patient, making customers feel special and valued. Many regulars appreciate how friendly the staff is, often remembering their orders and greeting them with a smile. This creates a bright spot in their day, as seen in a customer's consistent morning visits. However, there have been instances where customer service has not met expectations. For example, one customer felt uncomfortable when asked to go to the cashier for a simple glass of water while picking up their order. Despite this, the store serves delicious treats like the snowman cookie, and overall, this Starbucks location is a great place to visit, with friendly staff and a cozy ambiance.
