The worst hot chocolate ever. I'm sorry but it was really horrible. I was told it tasted funny because of the lactose free milk, but I always drink chocolate with that type of milk and it doesn't taste like that. If I worked there and noticed a customer was unhappy, I would change their drink.However, the snowman cookie was great!
I absolutely love this Starbucks , always get the correct order and if they do make a mistake ( because they are human ) they fix it asap . Plus the staff are so kind and truly Brighten my

The staff is always helpful and patient when a person doesn't know what they want, I was looking to try something new, and they were great. The dining room area was neat and well kept. It gave me a very inviting atmosphere, feeling. I would recommend Starbucks in Welland to anyone. I will definitely be going back, and who knows, maybe I'll even try something else new.
