“We have been ordering from Wing House Express since they opened. The convenience is great as we live in the neighbourhood. However, our last few orders have been lacking quality and customer service. Recently we ordered the game day special, and we were surprised by the lack of onion rings in our order (past orders they have been full to the top), this order would be suitable for one person, not two. We also did not get our dipping sauces, that come with the meal. By the time we realized, it was too late, and my husband didn't want to walk back. The food is amazing, we just wish the quality would improve.“

“I just moved down the street from this Pizza Pizza location and I am SO happy I decided to order from them!! I have ordered from so many restaurants trying to find a decent plant based Pizza that even slightly resembles the flavor and texture of a regular dairy and pepperoni Pizza that I used to enjoy 8 years ago before changing my lifestyle...even restaurants that are 100% vegan can't top the Plant Based Pepperoni I ordered from this location!! It was SO GOOD!! I completely understand that cooking and baking with plant based ingredients like the dairy free cheese and pepperoni etc can be a bit tricky as they do not cook or melt the same as regular, and so many takeout plant based Pizzas I have tried were just awful BUT this Pizza Pizza Location has figured it out!! It was so good I just picked up another one for lunch today! Ontop of the pizza being very tasty and fresh, it was prepared fast and the staff are wonderful and very friendly. I highly recommend checking them out!!

Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh veggies toppings to choose from, dairy free plant based
cheese and delicious plant based pepperoni for the pizza.

Dietary restrictions: They use Daiya dairy free cheese which tastes great in my opinion.“

“My partner ordered the fish and chips, substitution on the fries for sweet potato fries. She said it was a bit fishy but was ok.
I got the sizling teriyaki steak with a pan garlic buns.
To be honest, the steak was ok. Vegetables were a bit undercooked, but it did taste good.
The pan garlic bread was a bit dry but did taste well.

Service was surprisingly quick.
Overall, it wasn't that bad.

Atmosphere was a tad dark, loud but not bad.

“We enjoyed a meal at Wild Wing recently at the Whitby location. I must say the service and food were excellent. Amy was our server and was super helpful and accommodating. We wanted to sit outside on the patio which was empty and had not been used in a long time. She was kind enough to clean off a table and chairs for us and made food recommendations that we enjoyed. The Spicy Chipotle BBQ wings were so yum with the right combination of sweet and spicy. My only negative feedback was the patio. It is lacking the warm and welcoming vibe as there was no fairy lights or pendant lights to create the right atmosphere. Instead there was a bright white flood light that was too harsh. I would suggest to management to make some minor changes to the patio to create the cozy vibe like at Beertown in the same location whose patio was super busy and looked like a cool place to hang out. Overall it was a good experience and we will visit again soon.“

“This is the difference between ordering from Uber eats or the restaurant directly. I had a problem so I was able to call the restaurant directly. The manager fixed everything and delivered a new pizza. Now that's great customer service!“

Today, our family of four stopped by. I had placed an order through the app for a medium pepperoni pizza but forgot to select the option for half cheese, half pepperoni. When I mentioned the mistake to the staff, they were incredibly accommodating, even though the pizza was already in the oven. They didn’t show the slightest bit of annoyance and quickly found a way to make it right.

My husband ordered a chicken sandwich that unfortunately had a strange texture. It didn’t look undercooked, but something about the taste and feel was off. When he politely shared his concern with the staff, they listened without giving any attitude or resistance. They immediately took the sandwich back and offered him something else instead.
