“1st time in Whitby. Came along this gem of a DONAIR place. Don't want to start a trademark battle w a common fast food chicken place but DOWN EAST DONAIRS are FINGER LICKING GOOD. Actually went back for more for a late nite snack, or a donair breakfast in the AM. Staff was friendly and fun to talk with while prepping food BOTH TIMES!!!!! In the words of a famous US leader, "WE SHALL RETURN".“

“I recently visited the Popeyes location in Whitby and was very impressed. Compared to other locations, this one stands out for its excellent service and clean environment. The staff were friendly, quick, and made sure everything was fresh. The restaurant itself was spotless and well-maintained, making the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!“

“This place is great. The owner helped me feed 40 kids up at the high school for the Christmas market at the last minute. He also gave me a discount on the food. All of the food was very good and the kids loved it. I highly recommend this location.“

“Great food, service is a mix for me. Sometimes they are ELITE and other times it's umm bad? I can't explain it but you just feel that's it off and ur food is not handled with care unlike the other service times.
Atmosphere is surprisingly okay even though the tables aren't usually clean and extremely packed.“

“The dasher dropped off my food at a wrong address, I called the restaurant directly, Mano offered to make me a fresh burrito and deliver it at no extra charge. He also added chips & salsa to my bag. This the best and the biggest burrito I have ever had. Thank you Mano at Barburrito!“

“Bought an ice cream cake a few minutes before close, sorry but eternally grateful! Staff was extremely friendly and even drew a nice heart for us on the cake! Thanks again for being so nice and accommodating! Strawberry Shortcake pieces on it!!! Delicious!!!“
“It's the only branch that can understand what you ordered 😂unfortunately they don't have it .I ordered potatoe edges they didn't have it.I ordered crispy chicken or crispy Turkey sandwiches and the same they didn't have them too. It's place is so useful after a long distance you can't find anything in the road side drive from Montreal to Toronto.“
