“Coco is my favorite bubble tea chain hands down. My go-tos are the 3guys no ice and mango/passion fruit with tapioca and grass jelly. This location was clean, staff was friendly, quick, and even had some board games if you just wanted to hang out a while. Check it out if you love a good bubble tea“

I wish that when you book they would mention that you need to pre book the pool and under 18 can't go in the gym because we were unaware of that while booking.“

“I had a great experience today at chatime on Woodbine Ave. Phoebe was very friendly and patient to answer any of my questions, she was professional even under high volume pressure. Johnathan who clearly knows what he was doing, was very efficient at his job.
One star was deducted because the service quality was not consistent across all the staff. The last time I was there a week ago, came across a staff who slouched the whole time working cashier, and didn’t speak up properly. I was not the only customer who cannot hear his voice over the counter…“

“CoCo's teas have never been on par with the other bubble tea places but their fruit juices and smoothies are top notch.

This particular location is really convenient as a great after-meal treat. Smack dab in the middle of possibly one of the best chinese restaurant plaza's second only to First Markham Place, and really the only bubble tea option in the entire strip so they practically have a monopoly!

Only thing I would caution is this particular CoCo does not carry yakult so you won't be able to get your favorite go-to CoCo yakult drinks if you like that sort of thing.“

“Need a nice refreshing glass of bubble tea made just right and served any time of day? Then come get a bubble tea at this spot. I pulled up at this spot late on a Saturday night, cause I was thirsty... and Bubble tea is thirst quenching, even in cold months. I had the mango matcha green tea and loved that I could taste all the ingredients. Thanks for those lovely chunks of mango. Yummy. Just be sure to try manage the amount of ice. You can tell them how much you would like. I got a large drink and it was finished fast with lots of ice left in almost half of the large cup. 😞My second consecutive drink ( cause I guess I wasn't thinking about the calories when I bought myself two) was much better and had less ice so I actually could savour the taste for much longer. Look out for the calories if you care about calorie counting cause these drinks pack a bunch. But since you only live once/ YOLO, just drink that glass of sweetness and exercise later. I will be back for late night bubble tea when I'm thirsty again. But be patient about finding parking as this plaza is always busy at night time“
