“Great place to learn about distillation. 10/10 would recommend“
“When I am at Sundried Tomato Bistro my choice of beer on tap is from Walkerville Brewery. As good as any craft beer I have ever tasted. #supportlocal ... Randy Russon, Hockey News Windsor.“
“The Coffee infused Porter, with beans from Campoñeros Coffee is great! Campoñeros just opened a coffee place in Amherstburg. It would be great to have one of their delicious empanadas AND a SBC Coffee Porter there. Maybe one day!“
“Spent the evening chatting with Jason about lots of topics. Great beer, great vibe. Looking forward to visiting their new location.“

“Had a great meal and drinks after the Spitfires game. Nachos were. Assive and very good. Lots of choices of beers, both we tried were great. The server was friendly and helpful!
Frank Brewing Co offers a 15% discount if Sptifires win.
Would definitely recommend!“
“The lavender beer was enjoyable, with a light, refreshing taste perfect for those who prefer milder drinks. I loved the subtle lavender flavor, which added a unique twist without being overpowering. Unfortunately, the $5 pretzel was a bit disappointing. It was on the harder and bland side even with the seasoning and only came with a spicy mustard, with no option for cheese, which would have been a nice addition. Not worth the price. The atmosphere, however, was warm and inviting, with plenty of board games to enjoy - perfect for a relaxed outing.“
“Great beer selection, a relaxed vibe, and plenty of board games to enjoy. I also appreciated that they had the football games on, adding to the cozy atmosphere. If you like a sweeter beer, I’d definitely recommend the Flannel Weather (not the one pictured). Perfect spot for a laid-back evening.“
“Great pizza and great beer!“
“I love Batch! Of course the beer is good but in addition to that the sandwiches are always amazing, and it’s always a great vibe whether you’re outside or inside. Plus they’ve got trivia, food pop ups, and so many other events and activities“
“Top-notch beers, friendly staff and incredible pizza. The outdoor patio is great for our dog!“
“We came to Detriot to see the NCAA D1 National wrestling tournament. We stopped in and had a great time. The beer, food, and environment were wonderful and we give them 5 stars. Look forward to coming back. Mechanicsburg PA folks“
“Enthusiasms and labors of love do not always, alas, translate to success. Fortunately, in the case of Sameday, it does! There are no bad beers here. There aren't even any mediocre, fill-in-the-menu beers. I'm not a big lagers fan, but the Someday lagers are well worth the pint, as are the Czech style pilsner. And then there are the IPA's, which are fantastic; and the stouts, a pleasant oatmeal stout or a no holds barred Midnight. The meads are just as excellent. (Except for the Sunday Afternoon, which you don't want to try, because that will leave more for me. Seriously. Try the April First.) No food. No distractions. Just beer (and mead) done very excellently well.“
“Great comradery, easy pace, post ride socializing at the brewery.“
“The beer was top notch, we had the Belgian dark. The bartender was also very personable and knowledgeable of the beers.“
“We live in the neighborhood and have enjoyed stopping in for dinner and beers semi-frequently. The menu was just updated and has some tasty new additions like the Detroit Brat with some updates to old favorites. The service we received from Laura and Zach was phenomenal. Highly recommend stopping in to catch a game, or after a night exploring the riverwalk.“
“Came here to eat after the Detroit Half Marathon. Snagged two seats at the bar so we could be in and out. Grabbed a beer. Had the Oktoberfest. I ordered the Creole Chicken pasta. My friend got the burger with sweet potato fries.
I was more than pleased with my pasta entree. The bread was good as well. I was hungry and put it all away, but any ordinary meal, I would have had leftovers.
Service at the bar was attentive and we could sample a couple of beers before settling on one. Had the football game on at the bar.
Limited seating, but it was a cozy environment.“
“A colleague of mine and I, both regularly frequent Brew Detroit and thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere, happened to stop in tonight and were excited to discover it was Trivia Night. We had never attended Trivia Night at Brew Detroit before, and while we were eager to join in, we were unfamiliar with the particular app being used to participate. My friend, in particular, had no prior experience with how trivia games of this kind operate. As the first question came up, she, in her excitement and misunderstanding of the rules, called out half of the answer aloud. We quickly shushed her, and she apologized immediately, fully understanding her mistake. Despite her quick acknowledgment and apology, Chris, the trivia host, decided to use this opportunity to not only curse at her but to berate her in front of the entire room. This level of unprofessionalism and outright hostility was shocking and entirely uncalled for. To reiterate, my friend did not even manage to finish her answer before realizing her error and apologizing. Chris, however, saw fit to curse at us, both directly and to the audience, creating an uncomfortable and humiliating experience for us and others who witnessed this behavior. This behavior is unacceptable for someone representing your establishment. I strongly urge you to take immediate action to ensure that Chris is not allowed to host any further events at Brew Detroit. His inability to control his temper and his major lack of professionalism are detrimental not only to your brand but also to the welcoming and enjoyable environment we have come to associate with Brew Detroit.“
“The SE MI Brewery Discovery Tour continues. (I'm done counting, it takes too much effort)
The building used to be a church. I personally love that repurposing. (Once saw a church knocked down to put in a Walmart! ) The layout works great: big U-shaped bar surrounded by 4-seat high-top tables. The all-important stainless steel vessels taking the place of the pulpit & choir. 6 big screens are spread around for the sports oriented. There is a room of the back of the main one with big leather-clad easy chairs & an actual fireplace. So cozy.
The free parking is in the back but you have to enter from the Biergarten which is entered from the corner. So, if you or a compadre are using a wheelchair, get dropped off at the corner.
The beer list is pretty broad, 2 pages, the food menu is of decent size.
Got a Lip Lock Cherry stout followed by a Peach Blonde. The stout was less sweet than expected (based on nothing) but nicely balanced. The peach version of the Dirty Blonde was tasty and refreshing.
Ate an Atwater Brat in-between. The brat was OK. The pretzel bun was good, the toppings (cheese, jalapeños, bacon bits) were good, too. The brat itself was the weak spot, tasted too much like a big hotdog.“

“The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a great blend of rustic charm and modern vibes. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
The food was absolutely fantastic! We tried a couple of their signature pizzas, and they were bursting with flavor—perfectly crisp crust with fresh, unique toppings. Their beers were equally impressive, especially their artisan sour ales. You can really taste the care and craftsmanship that goes into every brew.“
