Tim Hortons is a lovely place offering an extensive menu and free WiFi. The donuts are better than in the US, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a busy but cozy environment. The restaurant has parking onsite and a pleasant fireplace, creating a much nicer and friendlier experience compared to other locations in the US.
The staff is generally friendly, with Rajni, in particular, being polite and welcoming, making the experience more enjoyable. However, some customers have noted that the staff can be a bit surprised when asked about the menu options, such as the Timbits flavors.
Despite this, the quality of the Timbits and coffee is consistently great, and the restaurant is a go-to spot for many customers, especially after crossing the border. The Dutchie, Cadbury eggs surprise, and Bailey's Boston items were unavailable during the original visit, but the blueberry fritter was delicious, and the food overall was wonderful and tasty.
