Honestly every time I go to this location my order is never correct. The staff turnover is unreal. Teach your staff how to make a simple apple cinnamon fog!!! All the other locations know how to. And the caramel shot is INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!!! NOT EXTRA!!!! If your staff isn’t properly trained don’t put them on drive through. It’s sad as this location is the closest to my home. I’d rather drive 15mins and visit the Tim’s closest to my work.
