“When I asked employee sandwich maker slash cash attendant to clean area where subs being prepared and wash his hands as well as clean the knife to cut subs. He was annoyed. All he did with knife was wipe with paper towels. I asked him to rinse in the sink with water to properly clean. He did not want to. I left . Unsafe food handling practices at this location.was back into store and employee does not work their anymore. We talked about issue and they were happy to wash knife and hands . Thank you for safe food handling“
