“Our server at Rose at Tubbies was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming--everything you'd hope for in a great breakfast/brunch experience. She kept our drinks filled, paid special attention to our orders and constantly made sure we had everything we needed wihtout rushing us out. Rose brightened our morning with her kindness. Can't wait to come back to Tubbies. Thanks Rose...you were amazing!“

“I have been to so many locations of pur and simple and this one is by far the best. Marcy was my server and she is just the warmest and loveliest woman I have met in years. She helped recommend what I should get for lunch and it was delicious as always. Service was just exceptional and just the overall vibe fantastic. I will for sure come back here soon 🙂“

“The owner was rude, we waited for 20 mins to order, food never came after waiting for an hour, i came a different time, it was better but food was average and expensive and tiny portions, go to cora if u want a good time. Edit: the company seems nice after reply, I'll change to 4 star“

“Had a breakfast earlier today (Sunday, Sept. 07, 2025) and it was an absolutely amazing experience from the very beginning to the very end. The food was outstanding! The service was excellent! I would highly recommend visiting to the Richmond Hill location. Thank you Randi you are fantastic! Thank you What a Bagel! :)“

It is the best food, service very nice and friendly.

“Went to bakery, not the restaurant. Bagels are always good but everything is very crammed. They don't label their breads so it's a guessing game. It was busy when we were there and there is only one check out. None of this is the staff's fault.“

“This stacked location is the best yet, food is fantastic with good portion size. The atmosphere is great here as all the girls are brilliant and very friendly (shout out to Alyssia she’s a gem). My colleagues and I usually come in once a week and are never disappointed“
