They would be a lot better if they had fries that were crispy and put more than 2 mozzarella stick in the combo when you pay for 4.... Poutine shows up tasting like it's microwaved... And ontop of all that there was plastic on the ham squares - more than 3 on one slice before I threw it out. This place will be bankrupt soon due to quality control. Get it together

I'm not sure where to begin. I'll start from the end - unfortunately, I did not have a good experience.
Now I'll start from the beginning and explain why, with several reasons:
1. The woman who arrived after the delivery immediately started making pizza without washing her hands, and she was coughing while preparing the food. Thankfully, she didn't sneeze.
2. The gentleman who made my pizza, after he finished it, started removing the TV from the wall.
3. Another man arrived and went straight to the kitchen to cook someone's order, again, without washing his hands first.
4. Additionally, there were many flies in the place. The doors were open, which led to an abundance of flies inside.
5. The pepperoni pizza was made with large pieces of salami that were baked under a thick layer of cheese, causing the entire pizza to slide to the plate at the slightest lift.
6. Moreover, the price for the pizza seemed unreasonably high (29 cad for L pizza).
It felt like there was no clear distinction between kitchen staff and delivery personnel.
Constructive criticism is meant to improve service, not to offend the owner.
