We live in Nipomo and really WANT to love Jocko's, and I've resisted writing a review for that very reason. We have been many times, and nothing horrible, it's just not as great as it could be/once was. This last time, I had filet mignon and it was good, not outstanding, but good. Food and service were great. But I'm disappointed that none of my requests I made during booking were granted. In the "add a special request" section when booking I explained that this was for my wife's birthday and it would be nice for her to be recognized in some way on her birthday. Not a single word, comment, nothing. That was really disappointing.

We loved it! Yes it's a little noisy but the adds to the whole experience. My son and I got amazing steaks, an appetizer, 2 cocktails and dessert was included for under $150!! And the food was perfectly done! This is a must for us anytime we are near pismo
