“I waited purposely to rate this place the day after we ordered. Had left overs and needless to say tasted even better. Ordered the pad Thai. One of the best ones I had in a while. The lemon is nice I added lime and threw more peanuts overall pretty good. Tempura shrimp, and veggies were really good. Yam,mushrooms, and broccoli. Lastly we ordered sushi. Every sushi dish was amazing and the spicy tuna melts velvety and silky in one’s mouth. Our new found favourite place will definitely order again. Thank you for a great experience.“

“First time at GameTime. It’s a lot like Dave and Busters, only slightly smaller. Still a lot of games to play. There is a billiards room, bowling alley a separate eating area. Most games that give you tokens are around 10-12 credits. Non-token games are around 4-6 credits. We got the 200 credits for $30 ( $37.29 after taxes) this lasted us about an hour. Then you spend time trying to figure out what to get with your tokens.
Great place, very clean and staff were all very friendly, highly recommend this place.“

“Went to BATL Vaughn location for a party. Jacob was an excellent host for our games. Firstly, he taught everyone how to throw and took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable and gave us personal tips. He was so enthusiastic and clearly enjoyed leading and judging our tournament.
The manager Kate was also so hospitable and kind. She and Jacob together were an excellent team and overall made our experience at BATL a great memory. 5/5 and will at least consider BATL for another group event.“

“Went for a wrestling event, I don’t think the server expected to accommodate that many people for a Saturday evening. The bartender did the best she could, scurrying to serve us rowdy fans while batting away impatient patrons asking for food ordered 20-30 prior, bless her kind heart. I wasn’t expecting much either, considering I ate prior to the event and just wanted a beer. The menu is…basic, in a word, but ended up ordering the 3 piece chicken strips with fries. Took 35 minutes, and almost gave up. But when the food came…my word was this good. Chicken fried crispiness but still tender to enjoy the natural juicy flavour with each bite. The fries were seasoned to compliment whatever they had going with the chicken, potato and deep fry ratio done where it still retains its toasty flavour 10 minutes all after the fact. 100% worth the wait. It’s been two weekends since this event and I’m still thinking about how good that order was. I dont know if they’ve taken down their Halloween decor yet but if you’re in the Bloor/Dundas West area and come across this bar, please give their food a try. And remember to tip the bartender, lord knows she deserves it :)“

“Sam our server saved the day! She was so funny and down to earth. We came in super late, hungry last minute customers, and worked so hard to make our night good. “Great atmosphere and lots of TVs for watching a game. Good beer selection. Nice service. Wings were good. BBQ wings are actually made on a BBQ, which is nice. Burgers and fries looked very good. Only complaint is about the nachos. The chips appear to be Doritos Cool Ranch, which are horrible for nachos. They pile lots of cheese on, but not much else. The rest of the food was good, but the nachos really let the team down here. Only other thing is that they play the TV sound very low, so you can barely hear it. A lot of places do not play the game sound, but I really like it when they do.“

“My son and I stopped in for a mid week lunch. It’s due to my son’s two fave things when out to eat. Chicken and large TVs. He had the chicken tenders and fries and I had the special. A lb of wings. I had the snake bite wings. That meant hot honey mustard flavour. Tasted great. There are so many flavours at Wild Wing. The fries were also above average. All the TVs had last night’s sports on. The place was pretty empty but it was 12:30pm on a Tuesday. I didn’t mind as I was spending time with my kid. It was a bit of a celebration as he just finished his first semester of high school. Would go back again.“

“I wanted to provide an update after speaking with management. They have identified and addressed my issues. I will give them another chance in the future... Our night started well as the manager was the one that came and greet us and took our initial order. Everything went downhill from there service-wise. Food is great when you get it. After our appetizer. We waited 30 minutes for someone to come back to our table. They finally did. We ordered drinks that never came until. You guessed it. The Manager came back. He brought our drinks and again we waited for food. Half the beers were sold out they had no gravy. I expected a lot more from this place and I won't be speaking with the person in charge of the establishment on Monday! This was the John St. location.“
